Our Fleet Z-Cars use the BMW 735li's (long wheel base) because of their extra comfort and reliability for business and personal travel.Passengers enjoy the rear comfort seats which are heated and fully electronically adjustable. Rear passenger air conditioning and electric blinds or tinted glass for extra privacy and/or protection from the sun. All vehicles include complimentary bottled water. Newspapers can be provided on request. Mobile phone and laptop chargers are also available if you request at the time of booking

Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions only apply to non-business account holders. (1) All Vehicles are Non Smoking (2) If there are any variations in the journey that has been previously agreed at the time of booking, the customer will be charged accordingly. This includes unscheduled mileage, unscheduled service time, unscheduled waiting time and unscheduled car parking charges. These charges must be settled within 14 days of the journey. (3) Any damage caused by a customer to the vehicle will be billed to them. This includes repair work and valeting (4) Our chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, taking into account weather, traffic and road conditions, unless the customer instructs otherwise at the time of booking (5) Our chauffeur will do absolutely everything he can to ensure punctuality; but if delays are caused by circumstances outside our control, we cannot be held responsible We reserve the right to arrange for an alternative driver or vehicle should the pre-booked vehicle or driver become unavailable at short notice * refunded in full if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the arranged pick-up time (6) All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT	Cancellation and Refund Policy (1) If a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be made. (2) If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of hire period, 50% of payment will be refunded. (3) If a customer fails to arrive at the time and place directed as the pick up point; no refunds will be made. (4) 25% refundable deposit of full booking fee to be paid on confirmation of the booking.
